Head of IT for First State Investments Ltd. I have a team of 22 in Edinburgh, 8 in London, 4 in Asia and 1 in Louisville. We provide full end to end IT services to the business. I've been there for 13 years and started as a developer, then managed a team of developers. I took over as the head of the department last June and this June my remit expanded to include a team in Asia.
