I currently work as an Executive Manager for the Office of the CEo for AIG Europe. I have originally joined AIG in 2001 as an A&H Profit Centre Manager for AIG Slovakia and in 2004 transferred to AIG UK’s A&H Group team, looking after Major Clients, Broker facilities and Third Party & Assistance Providers relationships. I joined the Transformation team in 2013 and spent 18 months in deployment of the Lean Management principles across various parts of business and moving into the EMEA Mobilisation Lead position in 2014 before being appointed Executive Manager April 2015. I have a Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Management degree from Open University UK and am certified in Lean Management from Cardiff University. I have been named as a Chair of the AIG UK Women & Allies Employee Resource group in early 2016 and have been involved in several regional and global gender diversity initiatives, including being a member of the 2016 Outstanding Women Award panel.
