Ability to work without direct supervision, adding value by allowing leaders to focus on their own roles.

Whilst successfully partnering with my leader at RBS, I was Founder & Chair of the RBS PA Network. Established in January 2016 the network had over 500 + members globally. Through sheer determination, hard work, resilience, dedication and most importantly passion, I created a successful PA network at RBS.

The aim of the network was to bring the PAs together from across the bank; learn from one another, share experiences, information and best practice and offer career development and training. The network helped to reinforce the value of the PA role and helped support the bank with its ambition.

The PA network definitely had a positive influence on the way the PAs worked together, supported their leaders and had better clarity of business priorities. It was an extremely busy, challenging but rewarding 23 months and I am extremely proud of what I and all of the the PAs at RBS achieved.
