SKILLS

Following feedback from members we decided to reconstruct the way we focus on skillsets.

We are now focusing on the three main areas members are interested in and have made this easier to navigate.

  • CORE SKILLS – Such as confidence, career planning, personal brand
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS – Such as dealing with politics, negotiation, conflict and strategy
  • PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT – Such as managing change, returning to work, CV advice

As we add more and more resources you will be able to find this simply and effectively within our menu.

EVENTS

We have made our calendar smarter and even more helpful!

  • Ability to click and RSVP
  • See who else is attending
  • Add event straight to your local calendar (Outlook, Apple Mail, Google Calendar etc).
  • Be kept updated on event news directly.
  • Use our calendar to obtain the best directions to the venue
  • Check on your Dashboard, what events you are attending and change your status.

More events are currently being put together but we know you will not want to miss out on these so stay tuned for further updates over the coming weeks for our 2016 events.

my-dashboardYOUR DASHBOARD

We felt that members were not getting the most out of the portal so have re-designed your dashboard.  Now you have a tabular format to the key areas of your growth. To enhance the UX (User Experience) we have retained some of the legacy components such as Skills Tracker but will be migrating these across to our learning modules in the next few months.

Here you will see:

  • Your profile
  • Your achievements
  • Your goals & ambitions
  • Events you have signed up to
  • Your bookmarked articles and resources.

WHAT IS NEXT?

Our development team are now developing new online courses and are looking to also introduce new resources for the community and for mobile devices. We will also be improving our members directory to give you further opportunities to connect with other members.  Whilst our membership team are looking to finalise the organising of your Networking Events for 2016 and will be sending you all regular newsletters giving you more information.
